• Return Window: 14 days after delivery.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, original condition, tags attached, no odors/stains/damage.

• Return Process: Contact us with order number + reason. We’ll provide instructions.

• Costs: Buyer pays return shipping.

• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Original shipping is non-refundable.

• Exchanges: Not direct – return + place new order.

• Defective Items: Report within 10 days of delivery.
